Dr. Beasley-Ford’s allegations are so well insulated from corroboration that one must suspect the veracity of her account. First Dr. Ford is a academic who teaches psychology and as such she would be well versed in just how an alleged rape victim may act and react to questioning. Her deposition has been described as very well scripted and she performed her role excellently. Those in her audience believed her. But there are elements of her account that simply do not add up.
In answer to a question by the Senate-appointed female interrogator she revealed in public testimony a grave inconsistency. She testified that six weeks after the alleged “attempted rape” while accompaning her mother to a local grocery chain, she encountered her alleged attacker—Mark Judge, who was employed at that place. She stated that she recognized Judge and approached him to speak with him—“because they had been in a friendly relationship in the past” (?))but according to her, he became “white as a sheet” turned away and ignored her.
What is troubling about this is the following: How is it that Ford was conveniently unable to remember where her alleged “attempted rape” took place, when it occurred, and how she got there and who took her home? But she was able to remember clearly and with a great detail how, when and where she encountered Mark Judge six week later. Furthermore, would a person who was so “traumatized” by her alleged encounter with Kavanaugh and Judge only a month and a half earlier attempt to engage in “small talk” with her alleged vicious attacker? It would be more likely that had she actually been attacked by Judge, she would have avoided him rather than sought to engage him in conversation. But not according to Ford’s testimony.
Secondly, it does seem suspicious that her memory is a “convienient”one. Her recall appears to have been specifically tailored for making accusations, but hazy enough so that details that could be confirmmed or analysed were “forgotten” and unavailable for rebuttal. These essential facts were thus unavailable to the defendant and impossible to be refuted. For example, she can not remember where this traumatic experience occurred. She can not identify the street or the house or the date, or the family, or even the number of attendees at the “party”. These essential elements of any allegation.are not part of her memory The fact that her memory fails her on these critical matters—permits her to avoid the problem of the accused ever being able to evaluate or refute her thirty-six yearl old allegations. With all the critical essential details erased—except the frightening and emotional aspects of her alleged abuse (at the hands of evil “Brett”)—she was able to wring out of her audience the greatest amount of sympathy and provide the desired political advantage to her Democrat supporters—while rendering a repost of these charges mpossible to refute by her supposed attacker.
These are the questions that appear to bring suspicion of falsity to Dr. Ford’s story. Her presentation was credible—she was a sympathetic witness. But there are no facts to support her contention—of 36 years ago—and too many reasons to suspect that her account and selective memory was plotted as a means of slander and character assignation to further her ulterior motives and those of her allies and supporters.

After leaving the Navy he worked at Merril Lynch in NY and rose to COO of the energy and power group working in the NYC and London office of that company, He opened the Moscow branch of Merril Lynch in 2004 and remained in that position until 2007. In 2008 he founded Global Energy Capital LLC and is currently a fellow of the Center for National Policy in Washington D.C. Over his career Page had cultivated business and political leaders in Russia and in the energy sectors of that nation and former Soviet Block countries .
In March 21, 2016 Trump named Page to his group of foreign policy advisors. Page was to advise on energy policy and Russian relations. Page like many others in the Trump campaign had views on foreign policy which were not part of the mainstream. In July of 2016 he was invited to Moscow to give a speech to the New Economic School. During the speech as a “private citizen” he criticized the Obama Administration foreign policy regarding its stasis and inability to move out of its “Cold War” mentality. An American citizen abroad has the right to his opinions and a right to express them. But in the hard fought campaign at home his statements critical of US policy and his alleged contacts with Russians regarding lifting US sanctions hit the newsstands and caused onsternation in the Trump campaign. By September 2016, Trump was the GOP candidate and the election was approaching. It was at this date, September 26, that Page resigned from the campaign having had few meetings and little impact on its course and realizing that “he was an unwonted distraction”.
A week later., in October 2016 the FBI and Justice Department under President Obama applied to the FISA court for permission to wire tap the phones of Carter Page as part of an investigation into “Russian interference in the 2016” upcoming election.
It is important to note that Carter Page had been under similar surveillance in 2014, due to his activities in Moscow as a private business man. The investigation had found nothing and Page was dropped from the investigation. So the FBI was well aware of Page’s history and knew his history. Page was a know quantity. But his history of activities in Moscow and his reputation as an opponent of Obama foreign policy in that area gave the FBI and excuse to “investigate” Carter Page (again). They may have presented thier brief to the FISA judge as simply a follow up incstigation. There seems to be a popular and almost world-wide reaction in western democracies as they respond to legitimate elections the establishment does not like. When a popular referendum or election attempts to go against or unseat the often corrupt and “long in tooth establishment” these folks use all the power in the establishment arsenal to avoid the legitimate will of the people.
In the USA the Democrats, the deep state, the old guard GOP, and their facilitators in the media and “entertainment” industry are attempting to hound out of office a legitimately elected President (who took 30 out of the 50 states in the EC) but who does not obediently and slavishly hew to the “party line”.
While in the UK, a legitimate referendum on EU membership surprised the old guard establishment with a solid vote to exit the EU. After nearly two years of stalling and “study” —-the talk today out of Westminster is to set forth another referendum—-because the establishment types do not like the results of the first one.
In both cases these —so called democracies—are undermining the very democratic principles that they claim to cherish and support. The policies these so called democrats are espousing more closely resemble those of the Chinese Communists—who claim to have “democratic” elections too. But in China the party “big wigs” reserve to themselves the power to choose who the candidates will be. “We choose the candidates then you can have your “free and democratic vote”. Is this the dierection the western democracies are headed?.
The USA Democrats and their facilitators in the media are playing a dangerous game. In their attempts at “resistance” they, like proverbial the mother cleaning the baby bathtub are mindlessly throwing the baby out with the bath water. The Democrats are so focused on turning President Trump out of office, they are unthinkingly tearing down our entire Constitutional democratic system to effect their short term goals.
Mr. Trump is only a temporary occupant of the Oval Office...the Democrats are destroying our confidence in the “We the People” part of our Constitution. The once great American press has sadly become part of what is looking more and more like a hysterical mob. Yes they and a good part of the Democrat resistors and the McCain Republicans are part of the lawless mobs depicted in our western literature (Oxbow Incident) and our 19th century Texas myths from the lawless land west of the Pecos River where the infamous “hanging judge” old Judge Roy Bean held court in a saloon—wher he permitted anonymous allegations to stand as facts.
A good part of the hysteria and horrible excesses we are experiencing is derived from the fact of the utter powerlessness of the Democrats and their allies and facilitators in the media and government. I have been around since the Franklin Roosevelt’s Administration and have never seen a President treated in this way by the media, the establishment, the Republicans and Democrats too.
Over those long years I have never seen the Democrat Party so disorganized and so powerless. The end product of the Clinton and Obama/Clinton years have been bad for the Party. They succumbed to corruption of the Clintons and weakness and vacillation of the Obama period. They were badly defeated in 2016 and literally beaten into a corner. Let’s be clear...they have no vestige of political power. They lost the governorships many years back, they lost the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Presidency and after these Senate hearings today...Judge Kavanaugh is gong to replace the “not so conservative” retiring Supreme Court Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court bench. So they lost the Supremes too.
With the seating of Judge Kavanaugh on the High Court, that body will become a truly conservative 5-4 court. But that is not the most egregious thrust of the sword. Think of this: how long will it take nature and intercranial arterial stenosis to vacate another seat filled today by a very liberal and very elderly member of the court? That shattering event may occur long before the end of Mr. Trump’s first term.
These are the “political facts on the ground” that make the Democrat banshees howl. This is why The NY Times has abandoned its high journalism to become a third rate screed for unsubstantiated and anonymous rantings, where more than 90% of the media coverage of Trump is negative. And in a environment where mob “resistors” attack Trump officials and family members on the streets of DC, where mad men shoot up GOP base ball players, where hypocrites who are employed by the Administration take voters money as salary—then scheme undermine the votes of those same citizens by working to undermine the President’s agenda. An agenda that was posited by 63 million voters. Then these hypocrites who do not understand that the power to govern comes only from the votes of the people, call themselves “supporters of democracy”. They do no understand the word.
The establishment, the deep state, the media allies and the Democrats realize that they can not win via the legitimate ballot-box method. In their weakened state they see their survival as dependent upon the removal of a sitting President. . All that is left to them— is illegitimate means—unseating Mr. Trump by means of deep state collusion, phony and illegitimate investigations, establishment conspiracy, Democrat secret cabals, phony medaa stories, and anonymous allegations touted as fact. The Democrats and their political allies and water carriers are weak, cornered and desperate. Their ugly, desperate and dangerous behavior continues to underscore that fact over and over again. The NY Times op-ed piece is nothing new—we all knew of these “deep state” traitors...they have simply made it clear who and where they are.

I was appalled to hear Governor Andrew Cuomo call the ICE (immigration and customs enforcement service) “ a bunch of thugs” in last nights’s primary debate at Hofstra University with Cynthia Nixon a “progressive” Democrat. Cuomo, apparently well aware of the political power of the millions of illegal immigrants in the State who actually vote illegally— was ready to throw the men and women of ICE under the bus to gain a few illegal votes in the barrios in lower New York City and the Burroughs . He just lost a lot of folks out on Long Island where both Hispanic and Afro-American voters see ICE as saviors and supporters of community safety and secutiry. ICE has helped to round up and arrest mostly illegal immigrants of the fearful and violent MS13 gangs in western Long Island. These illegals mostly from Equadore and Honduras prey on the local Hispanic community and are a violent threat— to the Hispanic and other communities on the Island.
Cuomo’s “bunch of toughs” statement exposes a long suspected truth—that the Democrat Party is now the party which supports open borders and illegal immigrants because these folks can vote! They vote illegally of course. But who is there to question their citizenry in the corrupt districts where only the Democrat party holds sway. It appears the Democrats who long ago abandoned the working class and middle class voters, realize that they can not win without them.
The Dems were buoyed in the last election when Mrs. Clinton—a poor candidate with too much baggage—actually pushed up the popular vote by about 3 million votes over her GOP competitor. . The political analysts are well aware that these three million votes were probably mostly attributable to illegal immigrants who were permitted to vote in the sanctuary cities where Democrats hold sway. Legitimate citizens both native and legal immigrants should be angry at the dilution of their valid votes by illegal interlopers who have no right to the ballot box..
Cuomo should be taken to task for his thoughtless comments which could only encourage crime, and encourage violent attacks on ICE agents as they go about their legitimate and necessary duties.

OHR’S COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACY IGNORED BY MUELLER

WHILE MUELLER CATTLE-PRODS GOP POLS TO BELCH UP DECADES OLD EVIDENCE OF WHITE COLLAR CRIMES, HE IGNORES THE BLARING CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY TO TILT THE OUTCOME OF THE 2016 ELECTION BY ELEMENTS IN OUR OWN GOVERNMENT STARING HIM IN THE FACE IN THE HALLS OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT NEXT TO HIS DC OFFICE.
Today Mr. Bruce Ohr, the recently demoted and now former Associate Deputy Attorney General and former Director of the Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force has had his day in front of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee where he (with his four attorneys) was grilled behind close doors for seven hours. Brief reports and comments from attendees indicate Mr. Ohr —a key element in that conspiracy—had difficulty remembering much beyond his recent humiliating demotions.
Ohr was grilled because it appears that he is one of the members of the Justice Department secret cabal of conspirators (Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Sally Yates, and Andrew McCabe—and others) who conspired to undermine the candidacy of Donald Trump prior to the election and then after the election—-after the People had voted—— to continue to undermine ( a form of treachery that some would class as treason) the legitimately elected President—Mr. Trump.
The crux of the matter is related to the now infamous “Steele Dossier” (a salacious unverified opposition research document falsely touted as “intelligence”). Evidence in the form of handwritten and electronic correspondence makes clear that Ohr and his wife Nellie appear to be the conduit of this anti-Trump sleeze into the halls of Justice Department and to the FBI where it was misrepresented as evidence when it was presented to the FISA court judges to initiate an illegal scheme to spy on the Trump campaign. This is one of the most egregious acts in any democracy—government spying on a private citizen. In this case the FISA court misled by the government appellants used the Steele document to tap the phones— of Carter Page, a minor functionary in the Trump campaign.. But often ignored by media is that their actual design was not their interest in Mr. Page—who had been investigated in depth by the FBI earlier. The more sinister design was that by tapping into Page’s electronic and voice messages they could “spy” on all the others he communicated within the Trump campaign—the GOP candidate and all of his associates. Carter Page was not of interest to the domestic spy team—they were after voice messages of Trump and others in his team. The President did claim early in the transition period—that “they” were tapping his phones in Trump Tower—-he was ridiculed for the charge—but as in many other things he was right—they did!
The story is a bit complex. The characters in this shocking conspiracy were: left-leaning Justice Department individuals (Strzok, Page et al listed above ), a British national who once had been an MI6 spy (Christopher Steele) , paid Russian informants, and an American political “research” company (Fusion GPS) and its key employee Nellie Ohr (wife of Bruce Ohr —the ) as well as tens of millions of dollars of political money. .
Ohr’s wife, Nellie a purported Russian “expert” was hired as a private contractor retained by the opposition research firm known as “Fusion GPS”. Fusion GPS, (headed by Glenn Simpson), was the opposition research agency hired by the Clinton campaign during the last election to provide “opposition” (any dirty stories) to be used in political ads against Mr. Trump in the 2016 election. In order to attain this goal Fusion hired a former British spy, foreign agent Christopher Steele. Steele was a defrocked M16 spy, who at this time operated his own “opposition research” firm in London. The fact is that Steele was an entrepreneur selling information (true or false) to willing and desperate political clients—like Clinton who were awash in money. Steele long ago exposed in Russia as a British agent and thus was unable to enter Russia to validate any evidence he acquired—(but keep in mind his actual objective was not valid “MI6 intelligence” –his goal was only gossip that would have only to pass the “stink test” so it could be sold to eager clients ). All of Steele’s information was paid for and was most was second and third hand gossip—as well as fantasy stories dreamt up by inventive and desperate Russians willing to say anything for a buck (or a British Pound).
Steele—a foreigner— was reported to have a powerful anti-Trump bias—for some unknown reason—but his prime motivation was cash. He made millions of dollars flogging his twenty six page fantasy/gossip document. The money came from the Clinton campaign and perhaps the Clinton Global Initiative.
Though Steele was known to the FBI, he had no way to legitimately pass on his unverified political document to the Justice Department and to the FBI. It was Ohr and his wife Nellie who provided that egregious service for a no doubt for a fee to Steele. Once, the Ohrs placed the Steele document (supported by the Clinton camp money) into the hands of Peter Strzok et.al. it was used by that elite and rabidly anti-Trump , (anti-democratic -small d) and apparently not too smart top-brass of the FBI and Justice Department as the poison fruit of a poison tree to gin up a wholly illegal investigation into a political opponent’s camp and then later after the election—as a treasonous means to unseat a legitimately elected President.
What is most distressing is the fact that all this conspiracy and collusion sits right in front of Mueller in the Justice Department, while Mr. Mueller ignores the facts and buries his nose in the backsides of former Trump associates and their tax and other foibles that occurred years before the 2016 election. The actions of Mueller’s team is so distressing because it simply underscores the depth and breadth of corruption and bias in Washington DC. President Trump, perhaps ironically, seems to be the only honest man in town.
This FBI/Russian “collusion” scandal and its ramifications is a monstrous wound to our body politic—that dwarfs the Whitewater and Watergate scandals of the past. Yet sadly our media, infected as with a strain of Ebola-like—Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) have ignored the facts. These organizations need a thorough clean-out to regain the respect of the people.
An equally egregious and perhaps even more dangerous scandal over the long term is that of the complicity and utter bias of American journalism-whic ignore facts, manufacture stories, mis-quote, place emphasis where it does no belong all to promote their own particular anti-Trump story-line and bias. (The few exceptions: Glenn Greenwald and others like him) The vast majority of the fourth estate has abandoned its post as the guardian of the truth. They are blinded by hate. How will they ever recover their reputations as guardians of the truth? Who will believe them? How will they ever be trusted again?
