UKRAINE: ITS MANY FACES

 THE MANY FACES OF UKRAINE— TO LIVE AND FIGHT ANOTHER DAY

Ukraine, its body ravaged, raped, dying, its cities, farms and factories smoldering bomb craters has many faces in 2022. 

Beguiled Ukraine, prey to the empty promises, false gods, hollow glitter and gaudy goods of the west.  

Uncompromising Ukraine, unable or unwilling to recognize the reality and the political consequences of  its geographic proximity to a much larger more powerful, nuclear-armed  state—where compromises must be made.  

Manipulated Ukraine, exploited  by the US State Department to serve as the tip of a spear only to poke the nose of the  Russian Bear.  

Victimized Ukraine, the long-term target of dysfunctional and self-serving US foreign and domestic policy, converted to a frontline depot and test ground for military hardware.  

Swindled Ukraine, utilized as the playground for the Biden gens to leverage cash and fill their family coffers. 

Unwary Ukraine, its stolid farmers and workers unable to recognize and discount empty promises made by the elderly “used-car salesman” from Delaware.  

Naive Ukraine, too unsophisticated and unlettered for effective diplomacy, their leader stumbles  into war instead.    

Poor Ukraine, its body ravaged, raped, dying, its cities, farms and factories smoldering bomb craters. 

Mistreated Ukraine, toyed with by feckless Europeans, who daily prove they are only simpering US vassals who bend to American will and malfeasance (even to self-immolation) and work to extend and expand the conflict in their midsts only to avoid the costs and sacrifice of paying for their own defense. 

And saddest of all: 

Misguided Ukraine- their comedian/actor president—a novice, narcissistic, leader who struts and stumbles bare-chested among the ruins, ignoring the death and destruction he is responsible for—and should have avoided— only to satisfy a massive Napoleonic complex. 

Resurgent Ukraine, must return to its roots, compromise, end the war, make the peace, live to fight another day.
